Gyanvapi Mosque row: On the hearing held in the Supreme Court, Asaduddin Owaisi said that an example of mistakes has been set in the Gyanvapi case. The lower court did not take any opinion from the Muslim side regarding the survey commissioner, as well as gave the decision to seal a part of the mosque after the claim of the petitioner's lawyer, which is completely wrong. Gyanvapi Mosque row: An important hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Tuesday on the Gyanvapi survey case. During this, the court justified the decision to seal the place after the claim of getting Shivling. Apart from this, the court has given instructions not to stop anyone from offering Namaz. On this, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi gave his response and once again called the survey of the mosque a violation of the 1991 Act.
The order of the lower court is totally wrong.
Owaisi said after the hearing in the court that the lower court had ordered to seal the place of wudu without listening to the Muslim side. He said that the order of the lower court is completely illegal and we had hoped that the Supreme Court would put a stay on it. But we are a little disappointed with the decision of the Supreme Court. Asaduddin Owaisi said that the trial court's decision should be completely stayed by the Supreme Court because the service of Gyanvapi Masjid is completely wrong. He said that we will not get justice until the survey is completely banned.
Judgment without listening to the Muslim side
At the emergency meeting convened by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), Owaisi said that many such issues, including the Gyanpasi Masjid, will be discussed in it, where such false claims are being made. Apart from this, this meeting will also talk about the politics of hatred of the BJP, because such politics is being done continuously by the party to hide its failures. Owaisi will attend this meeting as a member of the board. Owaisi said that an example of mistakes has been set in the Gyanvapi case. No opinion was taken from the Muslim side even regarding the survey commissioner. The Hindu side demanded a survey and the commissioner has also been selected according to their demand. He said that before the survey commissioner gives the report, the part is sealed only on the claim of the other side, while the Muslim side was not even heard. It is absolutely unfair to pass orders without hearing one side.
The black round did not return
The AIMIM MP said that the way the Babri Masjid was snatched from us, similar efforts are being made this time. Similar efforts are also being made for Mathura, Haji Ali Dargah. He said that if this continues, then the black era like 1980-90 should not come back to this country. If this happens then those people who are raising these issues today will be responsible for this.
